There is a growing gap in healthcare. In the United States, we don’t have enough healthcare workers to meet the needs of patients and residents in Senior Living communities. That gap is expected to widen over the next several decades. At the same time, we have an influx of legal immigrants & refugees coming into the United States looking for a better life. Many of these people want to work hard, contribute to our society and bootstrap the American dream.
At Key4US, we believe in the power of opportunity to transform lives and strengthen the fabric of our nation. Those immigrants that have the legal right to work, to pay taxes and want to help Americans needing care, are part of the solution. HOW KEY4US WORKS
We help healthcare providers find, hire and retain qualified candidates. Our focus is on ensuring our talent pool has the legal right to work, hold the required licensures, have the necessary English proficiency, and undergo necessary cultural sensitivity training specific to the healthcare populations they will serve.
